From Nigeria to Providence, MESENow meets people where they are, bringing dignity, opportunity, and real-world solutions to the places people live and work.

Founded by Dr. Ezenwayi Amaechi Ejiribe, MESENow operates across Nigeria, Ghana, and Liberia, and other middle-low-income countries, plus underresourced U.S. communities. Our research-based approach recognizes that sustainable businesses require sustainable communities. Whether in West Africa or Rhode Island, we work alongside local leaders to activate wealth creation possibilities with dignity and respect, because this isn't charity, it's partnership.

GLOBAL

Empowering Women & Youth.

Across Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, and other low-middle-income countries, MESENow addresses the economic barriers that keep women, youth, and grassroots entrepreneurs from thriving. Our holistic approach goes beyond business training, as we consider physical, emotional, and social well-being. Because sustainable enterprises require sustainable people.

RHODE ISLAND

Building businesses by building people.

MESENow brings the same holistic philosophy to underresourced communities across Rhode Island and the U.S. We partner with local organizations to identify grassroots entrepreneurs who need more than just business advice; they need comprehensive support systems.

STORIES OF IMPACT

Ghana Youth Entrepreneur

"I would like to thank Prof. Ezenwayi for training me to have a basic knowledge of the business organization, reading, and analyzing financial statements, record Keeping, and budgeting. Before taking part in the training, I used to find it difficult to perform these tasks, and I didn’t know how great an impact it would have on our business.”

The Seamstress

“The microloan from MESENow allowed me to buy colorful linings in bulk to offer better services to my clients and increase my profits. In the past, I would only use the money given to me by clients to purchase the items for them or have them purchase them themselves and bring them to me to sew.”

The Salon Owner

“MESENOW microloan has helped me procure most of the products I need in my salon. It has also helped me to financially support my child’s education.”
